setit is a product of Simpllyf Software, registered in British Columbia, Canada.
setit is a reminder application that allows you to create, manage, and receive notifications for reminders across multiple devices. We provide both free and paid (Pro) tiers.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Free tier includes up to 10 reminders, 2 snooze themes, and 2 connected devices. Pro tier ($3.99/month or $29.99/year) includes up to 100 active reminders, 10 snooze themes, and 10 devices. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Pricing is subject to change with notice.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or abuse of the service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time. Do not rely on setit for critical or safety-related reminders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, setit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
